 Berry Morris was formed following a management buy-out from Nationwide Estate Agents in June 1992. The partnership was previously part of Berry Brothers who opened an office in Banbury in 1973. We cover all aspects of property consultancy along the M40 corridor, especially Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire and Gloucestershire.
Our clients range from international companies to individual property owners including private and public companies, local authorities, family trusts, investment institutions, developers and landowners. All Berry Morris partners are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors which binds them to strict rules of conduct and results in the highest level of professionalism. Chartered Surveyor is a title protected by law demonstrating that a member has undergone a training period of at least five years before qualifying.
