Update Soil Protection Review books - they will be needed at inspection

Soil Protection Review:

 Make sure you updated your Soil Protection Review by the end of December 2007, and have signed and updated changes in the book. If you have identified a problem or issue during 2007, note it in the book, and propose a solution that you will try to implement during 2008 if the problem occurs again. If you do not update your book than an RPA inspector can fine you 15% of your SPS payment.
